Every machine inspected

All equipment is inspected periodically against the standards that apply to it. Lifting gear is inspected yearly, aerial platforms and telehandlers on the manufacturer’s schedule. The inspection report travels with the machine.

Before use

• Check the inspection sticker and its expiry date
• Run through the daily checks in the operating manual
• Only operate the machine with a valid certificate for that type

Instruction

On delivery we give a short instruction on the machine: operation, safety features and what to do in the event of a fault. For larger crews a fuller instruction on site can be scheduled.

Faults and unsafe situations

Stop the machine and contact us. A machine with a defective safety feature is not used again until it has been put right.
