Applicability

These terms apply to every quotation and agreement between LIFTERS and the client, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The client’s own terms do not apply.

Quotations

Quotations are without obligation and valid while stock lasts. Prices exclude VAT and exclude transport, unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed at the moment we confirm the order in writing.

Payment

• Payment within 30 days of the invoice date
• A deposit may be requested for rentals
• Ownership transfers after payment in full

Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for consequential loss, including downtime, lost profit or delay to a project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
