What data we process

We process the data you leave yourself through an enquiry or contact form: name, company name, telephone number, email address and the content of your message. For a machine enquiry we also record which machine it concerns.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are kept no longer than is needed to handle them. Data belonging to an agreement is kept for as long as the statutory retention period requires.
