Rental terms

Rental period
The rental period begins on the day the equipment leaves our yard and ends on the day it is taken back in. Part of a day counts as a full day. Extension is possible by arrangement, provided the equipment has not already been promised to a following job.
What the hirer arranges
- An operator with the right certification for the machine
- A level, accessible set-up area on the project site
- Daily upkeep: fuel, lubrication and a clean machine on return
Damage and insurance
The equipment is insured against damage from normal use. Damage caused by incorrect operation, overloading or the absence of a valid certificate falls outside that cover and is charged on. Always report damage the same day, even if the machine still runs.
Cancellation
A rental agreement can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed start date. After that, the first rental day is charged.
